Started in a single-bay shop with nothing but wrenches and a dream to treat European cars right
Started working outta my dad's garage after getting fed up with dealerships charging customers an arm and a leg for basic services. Just me, a toolbox, and way too much coffee.
Saved enough to lease a proper bay on Fortress Boulevard. Word was spreading - folks started bringing their BMWs and Audis specifically 'cause they heard we actually knew what we were doing with European models.
Invested in some serious diagnostic equipment - not the cheap stuff. Got certified with Bosch and started doing ECU tuning. This is when things really took off.
Couldn't handle the workload alone anymore. Brought on Marcus and Elena - both had dealership experience but wanted to work somewhere that actually cared about quality over quotas.
Finally expanded to Unit 12 - got three full bays now, state-of-the-art lifts, and a proper waiting area. Still feels surreal sometimes.
We've worked on hundreds of European luxury vehicles. Still learning something new every week - that's what keeps it interesting. Looking to add another tech to the team soon.
Owner & Lead Technician
Been turning wrenches since I was 16, but didn't really find my calling till I got my hands on a BMW M3. There's something about how German engineers think that just clicks with me. ASE Master Certified, Bosch certified for diagnostics. Outside the shop, you'll find me at the track or tinkering with my own project car - a '95 E36 that's seen better days but runs like a champ.
Senior Technician - Electrical Systems
Spent 8 years at an Audi dealership before joining Crysthaven. Got tired of the pressure to upsell stuff people didn't need. I specialize in electrical gremlins - the weird stuff that makes other shops scratch their heads. If your car's doing something funky with the electronics, I'm your person. Also handle most of our ECU tuning work.
Technician - Drivetrain Specialist
Came over from Mercedes dealership where I did mostly transmission work. Love the challenge of a good rebuild - it's like solving a really expensive puzzle. Daniel convinced me to jump ship by letting me work on some performance builds, which the dealership never let me touch. Been here three years and haven't looked back.
Service Advisor
I'm the one who translates "my car makes a weird noise" into something the techs can actually diagnose. Not a mechanic myself, but I've picked up enough over the past two years to hold my own. My job's making sure you understand what's happening with your car without all the technical jargon - unless that's your thing, then we can geek out together.

We'll tell you what actually needs fixing and what can wait. Not gonna pressure you into services you don't need just to hit some quota.
Rather do it right the first time than rush through and have you come back next week. European cars need patience and attention to detail.
We'll call or text you if we find something unexpected. No surprises when you pick up your car and see the bill.
OEM or quality aftermarket only. Yeah, cheap parts exist, but they'll cost you more in the long run when they fail early.
Whether it's a weird noise, check engine light, or you're thinking about performance upgrades - let's talk about it.
