How We Got Here
The Beginning
Started working outta my dad's garage after getting fed up with dealerships charging customers an arm and a leg for basic services. Just me, a toolbox, and way too much coffee.
First Real Shop
Saved enough to lease a proper bay on Fortress Boulevard. Word was spreading - folks started bringing their BMWs and Audis specifically 'cause they heard we actually knew what we were doing with European models.
Going All-In on Diagnostics
Invested in some serious diagnostic equipment - not the cheap stuff. Got certified with Bosch and started doing ECU tuning. This is when things really took off.
Expanded the Crew
Couldn't handle the workload alone anymore. Brought on Marcus and Elena - both had dealership experience but wanted to work somewhere that actually cared about quality over quotas.
Full Facility Upgrade
Finally expanded to Unit 12 - got three full bays now, state-of-the-art lifts, and a proper waiting area. Still feels surreal sometimes.
Today & Tomorrow
We've worked on hundreds of European luxury vehicles. Still learning something new every week - that's what keeps it interesting. Looking to add another tech to the team soon.

Daniel Chen
Owner & Lead Technician
Been turning wrenches since I was 16, but didn't really find my calling till I got my hands on a BMW M3. There's something about how German engineers think that just clicks with me. ASE Master Certified, Bosch certified for diagnostics. Outside the shop, you'll find me at the track or tinkering with my own project car - a '95 E36 that's seen better days but runs like a champ.
Elena Rodriguez
Senior Technician - Electrical Systems
Spent 8 years at an Audi dealership before joining Crysthaven. Got tired of the pressure to upsell stuff people didn't need. I specialize in electrical gremlins - the weird stuff that makes other shops scratch their heads. If your car's doing something funky with the electronics, I'm your person. Also handle most of our ECU tuning work.

Came over from Mercedes dealership where I did mostly transmission work. Love the challenge of a good rebuild - it's like solving a really expensive puzzle.
